It's time for our close up...Give Local 757 is shooting a commercial for Giving Day in May so we need some students interested in being on camera to promote YVCHR.
Youth will be helping to complete multiple little libraries by painting and adding finishing touches.
Youth will be helping to off load and distribute food to individuals in our community.
ONLY 5 SPOTS AVAILABLE
Youth will be helping to prep the site for the bigger build on the 28th of March. Youth will be digging post holes and helping to construct the frame of the playground for the goats and chickens of Bluebird Gap Farms.
If under the age of 14, a parent will need to accompany the youth and participate.

Volunteers will help to clear the bridge entrances and exits and re-purpose the trail material that has collected back on the trail of the Noland Trail at the Mariner's Museum.
Fear 2 Freedom just got a shipment of 10,000 their signature Freedom Bears, a stuffed bear that is used as a therapy tool for sexual assault survivors. Each finished bear has a little blue backpack with slips of dissolving paper in it. Survivors write their thoughts on the slips of paper (things they're not ready to deal with or work through yet), and they store the thoughts and notes in a cavity in Freedom Bear's chest (his heart!). Volunteers are needed to unpack the bears, place slips of paper in the backpacks, and attach a backpack to each bear.
