Calling all aspiring master gardeners or just those interested in getting their hands a little dirty and tending to a garden’s spring needs!

Gardens need a lot of TLC and many hands make light work not to mention a wonderful harvest. No gardening experience is necessary but a willingness to learn and get dirty are definitely needed. With the help of our garden partners, youth will learn a lot and get their hands dirty while doing a variety of gardening tasks. There are a lot of projects we would like to accomplish during the upcoming growing seasons.

The club will meet on Thursday afternoons in March beginning on the 4th and will continue to meet until May 27th . Depending on the needs of the garden, the project being worked on, and the weather, we will either meet in-person or virtually via Zoom. Sign up for all three months or just one month but please check to make sure you can meet for most of the meetings for the option you choose. Our volunteers’ health is of the utmost importance so we will continue to monitor the COVID situation closely. When we do meet in-person for this project it will be outside, youth will need to wear a mask and practice social distancing to the best of their ability for the duration of the project.
